After 20+ years of corporate & small business experience in France and the USA, I have jumped out of my personal fears and false beliefs for an extraordinary change of career.

In my previous lives, I have worked as a Recruiter in France, as Stage Manager in the Washington, DC area, as a Sales Manager for Europe in Virginia, as a Mum in California, and as a Software maintenance key account holder in Toulouse, France, among others...

Oh...and I am also singing professionally!

But I am still Coelia.

As a former expat (6 years in the US), I would gladly have benefited from coaching myself. That would have saved me many moments of doubt, wrong turns and loss of self-confidence.

As a professional coach, I am not here to tell you what to do or believe. I am here to accompany you in finding your own answers, leaving you in charge of your own path.

What do I do as a coach?

Consider me as a "mirror", actively listening to you, reflecting your non-verbal language, interrogating your choice of words, questioning what is behind the "mask" , facilitating the emergence of your real values, your false-beliefs, your blocking points....and so much more.

Together, we team up as you embark on a journey to your own-self. As the guardian of the process, I ensure you stay "safe" as you give yourself new permissions to BE yourself, and as you slowly bring new awareness up to the light and let new confidence emerge.

Sometimes, the process is short, only a few sessions. Sometimes it will take a few more sessions, over several months, but at the end of the journey, your primary goals will be brought to light with a new pair of "glasses". And you will be in charge of moving forward with these renewed strengths and re-discovered soft skills.

My Singularity speaks of my own "uniqueness": an intuitive sensitivity that opens multiple “doors” to my customers, notably those of the emotions I easily share with the people I accompany as a professional coach.

And my singularity is also that I'm "multi-potentials", which means I can only do several things at once 🙂.
More seriously, My Singularity, is also mostly about my clients, in search of their own singularity.
